Abstract
PURPOSE: To economise working manhours greatly by carrying a container containing industrial wastes loaded on a carrier, halting it at a preset position right under the incinerator, and burning the gasified wastes completely.
CONSTITUTION: Container A made of iron containing industrial wastes is carried by carrier 1, moved to the inside of the incinerator 13 and is halted at a preset position right under the incinerator. At the ceiling wall part and rear wall part of the incinerator body 8, low temp. heating means 9, 10 are provided, and air is supplied from the air supply port 17 which is installed at the upper part of the furnace door 15, to the inner chamber 16. Next, while burners 39, 43 of the furnace body 38 heat the primary combustion chamber 40 and the secondary chamber 44, air is blown into the third combustion chamber 46 thru the air supply port 43. Inside temp. of the furnace body 8 is maintained at 300W350°C, and the gasified wastes are turned into non-pollution and odorless object at the aforementioned combustion chambers (primary to the third) and is discharged to the outside thru the smoke- stack 49.
