Abstract

PURPOSE: To save power consumption, by turning on or off the power supply of amplifier in response to the presence of television signal.

If no input signal is present, the switch 41 is operated so that power supply is fed to the amplifier for the said channel. Accordingly, the common reception use amplifier can be operated only to the channel present in the broadcast electromagnetic waves.
