CONSTITUTION:The L signal inputted to the L signal input terminal 1 is superimposed on the R signal at the R signal output terminal 4 via the inverter 5 and variable gain amplifier 13, and the R signal inputted to the R signal input terminal 2 is superimposed on the L signal at the L signal output terminal 3 via the inverter 6 and variable gain amplifier 14, and they are respectively outputted. The signal difference detector 12 detects the level of in-phase component with the subtraction of L and R signals, the gain control signal is outputted to the variable gain amplifier 13, 14 according to it, and if the level of in-phase component is greater, the gain is reduced, and if the level of in-phase component is smaller, it increases.
