Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a heating cooking instrument which can heat to cook food to be cooked as ordinarily at manually setting time and automatically regulate cooking temperature by merely proceeding cooking work difficult to be automated such as discharge of condiment and discharge or charge of the food by manual operation at automatically setting time.
CONSTITUTION: One controller 4 is provided separately from various gas cooking instruments such as gas oven 1a, gas cooking stove 1b, gas range 1c, gas rice-cooker 1d or the like manually operable independently as cooking instruments. A plug 17 at the end of a control cable 16 is detachably attached to a plug receptacle 13 of the cooking instrument desired to be used. The controller 4 consists, for example, of a program circuit 5 for feeding a signal for driving the alteration setting drive 3 of the gas oven 1a and a signal for forcibly extinguishing a burner 21, a data setting unit 26 for generating cooking content data to the circuit 5, and a power circuit 27 or the like.
