Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain IC-implementation by using a small number of elements and also to simplify the designing of a circuit when connecting several unit circuits by connecting respective collectors to an output terminal and power supply in common while connecting respective emitters in common. CONSTITUTION:Between the base and emitter of transistor TrQ11 and an input terminal, diodes D10 and D11 are connected respectively and between the collector and base and power supply Vcc, resistances R10 and R11 are also connected to constitute a unit circuit. To connect unit circuits composed of TrQ11 and Q12 here, collectors of Trs Q11 and Q12 connected in common are connected to power supply Vcc by way of output terminal Y and resistance R10, and emitters are connected in common. As a result, when input terminals A and B are both held at ''1'' or ''0'', output terminal Y is at ''1'' and when either terminal A or B is at ''1'' and the other at ''0'', terminal Y is at ''0'', constituting an OR-ElSE circuit. Consequently, the designing of the circuit is simplified and the number of elements is reduced, thereby attaining easy IC-implementation.
