Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a method of sending high temperature liquid under pressure efficiently and in cheap running cost when the condensation generating in a steam system is sent to a boiler under pressure.
CONSTITUTION: The condensation generating in a steam system is separated selectively from steam by a steam trap 1, sent to a condensation pipe 2 and then usually introduced into a mixing vessel 4 through a main pipe 2a. Moreover, to the mixing vessel 4 are open a low temparature water pipe 5, a mixed water pipe 6 of the condensation and the low temperature water, an overflow pipe 7 and the water level in the mixing vessel 4 is kept constant by operation of a level control valve 8 equipped in the low temperature water pipe 5. The mixed water pipe 6 connected with the side of the inlet 11 of a pump 10, which is connected with an ejector 12 and a choking pipe 13. When the temperature of the condensation rises and that in the vessel 4 exceeds the set value, the condensation is let to be introduced directly into the boiler 15 through a bypass pipe 2b, the ejector 12 and the pump 10.
