Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent travelling due to empty weight on a slope way by a method wherein the braking action of a brake is commenced from a half clutch condition while braking motion is completed after declutching operation is finished.
CONSTITUTION: A clutch operation member 17 slides in the direction that a clutch spring 16 is compressed and deformed only by fixed quantity by the balance of a cam mechanism 30 and the energizing force of springs 16, 22 with the revolution of a rotary member 28, and a clutch 8 is brought to a half clutch condition. A brake operation member slides in the direction that the brake spring 22 is compressed and deformed, a brake 12 is put to an applying condition while both operation members 17, 23 each slide in the directions that the springs 16, 22 are furthter compressed and deformed, the clutch 8 is perfectly brought to a declutching condition, and the brake 12 is put to a complete applying condition. According to such constitution, travelling due to empty weight on a slope way is prevented.
