Abstract
PURPOSE: To miniaturize the capacity of a pump, and to simplify circuits, by unifying a steering, a working machine, brake cooling, a torque converter circuit and a transmission lubricating circuit.
CONSTITUTION: A steering demand valve 1 consists of a valve 20 and a pressure compensating valve 21, and the discharge side of a working machine pump 15 is connected to a pump port 21a of the valve 21 through a circuit 22. The outlet side of the working oil of a torque converter 14 is communicated with a working oil tank 13 through a relief valve 7, and communicated with a hoist cylinder 39 in a hoist control valve 2 through circuits 37, 38. When a steering is not operated, oil drained by means of the valve 1 flows to a working circuit of a retarder 3, and oil discharged from a pump 17 enters the converter 14, joins with the oil from the valve 1 and flows to the valve 2 and the retarder 3, thus sufficiently ensuring flow rate to the oil pressure type retarder 3 even in the pump with little capacity.
