Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a flow meter capable of being easily assembled as well as a rotor smoothly rotatable by making up the bearing part of the flow meter with a plate frame and by putting it between the case proper and the side wall to assemble them in an unitary body.
CONSTITUTION: The axis 3, 4 of the noncircular gears 1, 2 are supported by the bearing units 8, 9 through the holes 81, 82, 91, 92. The frames 6, 7 that fixes both ends of the axis, case 5 and side walls 10, 11 are assembled in a body with the bolt 12 and pin 13, the clearance between the rotor and the bearing frame is kept by the contact of the spherical face end of axis with the inner face of the side wall. In this way, since the measuring unit proper can be split into plate elements, a flow meter capable of being precisely plane-worked and easily assembled can be obtained.
