Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A rope 7 fitted on a pair of equalizing sheaves 6 extends on a hook sheave attached to a winding-up hook and on a trolley sheave attached to a trolley 1 and is wound on a winding-up drum and fixed thereon. When the weight of the hook is applied to the rope, a roller 12 is thrusted up by the tension of the rope 7. When the hook is landed, the tension of the rope 7 decreases and a thrusting plate 15 on the tip of a rod 13 coupled to the roller 12 moves down to actuate a limit switch 16 to indicate the landing of the hook.
