Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a small size, large capacity centrifugal concentration equipment, a conical shape, porous plate, rotary body is attached with filter cloth and rotated.

The sludge is subjected to centrifugal force of the rotary body 1 driven by the variable-speed motor 2. Water from the sludge is passed through the filter cloth 4 and rotary body 1 and collected in the container 6 as filterate to be discharged from the outlet 8. Solid from the sludge is trapped by the filter cloth 4 and caused to fall along the filter cloth 4 by centrifugal component force, and collected in the container 7 to be discharged from the outlet 9 as concentrate.
