Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to effect constant weight, constant volume feeding of a pulverized body by a method wherein the pulverized body, stored within a rotatable pulverized body vessel, is homogenized into a substantially constant density by scooping it up sequentially with a plurality of blades, thereafter is thrown into a constant volume transfer device.
CONSTITUTION: In case a feeder is embodied to a row concrete spraying device, a constant weight, constant volume feeder S feeds a pulverized body of a quick curing agent to a row concrete spray gun through a feeding tube 6. When a cylindrical, pulverized body vessel 7 is rotated in clockwise by a motor 11 through a gear train 12, 10, a plurality of blades 13, provided on an inner wall-surface of the vessel 7, scoop up the quick curing agent in the vessel 7 sequentially and throw it into an inlet 22 for a transfer tube 18. On the other hand, a screw 24 is rotated by a motor 25, therefore, the quick curing agent in the transfer tube 18 is transferred into a direction of an arrow sign, then, is arrived at an air chamber a through an outlet port 23, thereafter, is discharged into the feeding tube 6 in accompanied by pressurized air fed through a conduit 30.
