Abstract

PURPOSE: The title composition having improved adsorptivity and permeability, obtained by dissolving a fluorinated cationic surfactant having a polyfluoroalkyl group in a specific solvent in a low concentration.
CONSTITUTION: (A) A fluorinated cotionic surfactant having a 4W20C polyfluoroalkyl group is dissoved in (B) a volatile organic solvent, e.g. a mixture of trichlorotrifluoro ethane with a lower alcohol, having a boiling point of 20W100°C, preferably 40W60°C, which is inert to the reproducing and recording surface of a disk, and dissolves (A), in a low concentration ≤1wt%, preferably 0.01W0.5wt%. A quaternary ammonium salt having a terminal 6W18C perfluoroalkyl group is preferred as (A).
EFFECT: Improved durability and low friction properties of disks, and good tone quality.
