CONSTITUTION:A vessel 1 in which washing-out agent is contained is turned by a motor about a hollow perpendicular shaft 4 which is held closed by a plug 6. A brush 2 which is provided by way of springs 8... to the support 7 of the vessel 1 also horizontally turns integrally with the vessel 1. On the other hand, a photosensitive resin plate 10 is supported to the holding device 9 for photosensitive resin plate rotatably provided to the perpendicular shaft 11 which is not coaxial to the shaft 4 provided to the cover 12.
