Abstract
PURPOSE:To produce large type products with a sufficient cooling time by determining the injection pressure so as to match the lowering speed of the parison by adjustment with a set of parison feeders by applying movement wherein the feeders are vertically moved to approach the clamping die within a plurality of clamping devices. CONSTITUTION:At the start of the blow molding, a parison feeder/stops as shown by a chain line 1' at the given position C on the base 2'. A plastic stored during the interval is fed downward D as shown by the arrow 6 to a bottom open molds 7 and 7' elevating the injection rate of the parison through an electric and hydraulic control of the lowering speed and the injection pressure. After the clamping of the die, the parison feeder 1 rises and stops at the position C of the arrow 6 while the material is accumulated up to the given amount by a built-in screw toward the tip die side 8. Meanwhile, the die-clamper A finishes the molding with an air conditioning means and moves toward the E side on the base 2 along the arrow 5 cooling the molding. In the meantime, a die-clamper B on the side G moves up to the given position F along the arrow 5 to repeat the molding procedure.
