Abstract

PURPOSE:To detect and indicate only true target alone, regardless of the number of targets, by performing narrow-band analysis and correlation processing on each of the obtained directions outputted by a plurality of sensor groups, process each of them on comparison basis and select only the line of direction of the identical target. CONSTITUTION:Signals received at the reception sensor groups A1 and A2 are inputted to the directional beam formers 3.4 and their outputs are processed by the signal processor 7.8 by each direction obtained. Signals whose directions are of the maximum value are read by the detectors 11.12, an each direction is stored at the direction selection processor 13. There, at the processor 13, directions whose signals are received, are spectrum analyzed on multi-channel basis by picking up signals thru circuits W24-W27, wherein direction selectors 20.21 are controlled by direction controllers 16.17. In addition, the processor 13 determines the direction of the identical target by arithmetic calculation.
