Abstract
PURPOSE: To enhance fuel efficiency by disconnecting the engine from the car as well as setting the engine into low speed revolution when the revolution corresponding to car speed exceeds the engine revolution.
CONSTITUTION: When the revolution 1A of a car becomes higher than the revolution 1B of the engine, "2E" of the inertia transmission unit 2 turns clockwise, putting on the switch S1. Thereby the electric motor 10 is actuated, releasing the engagement of the clutch 4, and the accelerator rod 8A is pushed by the action of the electromagnetic unit 9A of accelerator regulator 9 and thus coupling with the accelerlator rod 8B is disconnected. Accordingly, the engine is disconnected from the car and revolves in a low speed regardless of the accelerator pedal's 8 position, so that the car runs by its inertia assuring a high fuel efficiency.
