Abstract
PURPOSE: To form minute holes having the high precision and the smoothness even on an inner circumferential surface by a simple method, by filling a base material after winding a wire around a supporting member and then by taking off the wire.
CONSTITUTION: A supporting member 1 is formed such that two side plates 3 having a guide portion 2 cut in a V-groove in an upper end thereof and a U-shaped intermediate member 4 placed between the side plates 3 are joined monolithically by means of bolts 5, a space 6 being provided on the side where the guide portion 2 exists. A continuous wire 7 having a given diameter is wound around the member 1 as the wire is fitted in the guide portion 2. A casting mold 1 consists of two slide plates 9 and intermediate members 10 situated between the side plates 9, the plates and members being united monolithically to form the mold 8 wherein a space 12 perforating vertically the inside thereof is provided. The mold 8 is laid on a top of the member 1, a resin being poured into the spaces 6 and 12 to produce a base material. The resin if filled such that it covers the wire 7, the resin so filled being hardened thereat. The base material containing the wire 7 is machined to a required shape after being taken out, the wire 7 being then removed. Minute holes can thus be formed.
