Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve cooling efficiency from allowing a friction heat generated between piston rod and sealing member to escape with a heat of vaporization of refrigerant by sealing the refrigerant in a hollow provided in the piston rod. CONSTITUTION:A hollow 7a is formed at the end of cross heat 6 side in a piston rod 7, and the hollow is filled with a refrigerant 19 consisting of a mixed solution of water, fron, alcohol, etc. nearly half of the hollow volume.
