PURPOSE:To make adjustment of an antenna installation angle simple and sure by providing plural stopping valleys on an adjusting member jig to perform rough adjustment and by performing only the final fine adjustment with an adjusting bolt. CONSTITUTION:Plural stopping valleys 24-26 provided on adjusting member 23 are stopped selectively to stopping hole 30 of fixed part 9, thereby performing rough adjustment. Only for the final fine adjustment, adjusting bolt 29 is rotated to adjust the quantity of screwing into adjustment metallic jig 23 to perform fine adjustment of the inclination angle of antenna holding movable part 7. Consequently, angle adjustment can be performed simply and rapidly. Then, turning-back dependent upon wind, etc., can be prevented because of fixing to fixed part 9 dependent upon clamp bolt 17 after positioning.
