Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform the switch operation of hysteresis characteristic by turning on a load transistor to light a lamp when no light is irradiated to an optical oscillation element and by causing to the optical oscillation element to oscillate to extinguish the lamp when a light is irradiated to the optical oscillation element to achieve a fixed brightness. CONSTITUTION:A series circuit consisting of load 6 of a lamp and load controlling transistor Tr7 is connected to DC power source 5a, and optical oscillation element 8 is connected to DC power source 5a through high resistance R1, and DC power source 5a supplies the power source voltage across the collector and the emitter of Tr7. Now, when ambience is dark and no external light is irradiated to element 8, element 8 is turned off, and Tr7 is turned on to light load 6. Next, when ambience becomes bright and a light is irradiated to element to achieve a fixed brightness, element 8 starts oscillation and flows a large current gradually and turns off Tr7 to extinguish load 6.
