Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve leading-in performance and also to realize the simplification and cost reduction of an automatic control system by allowing a disc to stay in the range of a detector at a relatively-slow speed relatively to a lens when leading the system in.
CONSTITUTION: Ringing voltage generating circuit 4, consisting of a capacitor and inductance, applies its output to signal processing circuit 2. Switch 5, interlocking to the regenerative-mode operation button, is at the ON side for regeneration and at the OFF side for other operations. The ON-side terminal is connected to power supply +E. Because of the above-mentioned consitution, a ringing voltage is applied to signal processing circuit 2 for a certain time after the regenerative operation, and the voice coil lens moved vertically according to the ringing voltage. Consequently, both the disc and lens are allowed to stay relatively within the range of the detector moving at a relatively-slow speed, so that the system can be led in.
