CONSTITUTION:When burner 7 is ignited, furnace 4 supplied with water from bathtub 1 through water inlet pipe 5 or hot-water supply pipe 6 is heated by combustion gas of burner 7. Resultantly, hot water in furnace 4 is returned into bathtub 1 through pipe 6 and hot-water supply port 3, and at the same time, water locating at a lower portion in bathtub 1 is drawn into furnace 4 through water inlet port 2 and water drawing pipe 5. Further, by the function of pump 14 cooperated with burner 7, water locating at a lower portion in the bathtub 1 is pumped up into heat absorbing pipe 10 from its inlet 11 via suction pipe 13 in which filter 15 and pump 14 are provided. Water passing through the heat absorbing pipe 10 is heated by combustion gas of burner 7 passed through exhaust pipe 9, and hot water thus obtained is returned into bathtub 1 via outlet 12 of pipe 10 and hot-water supply pipe 17.
