Abstract
PURPOSE: To eliminate magnetic field concentration to an iron core leg and to reduce eddy current loss by means of winding a semiconductor film closely upon a winding which is wound concentrically and in multi layer whose initial winding terminal of the innermost layer winding a coil bobbin surrounding the iron core leg and a being earthed.
CONSTITUTION: A low voltage winding bobbin 12 is arranged outside the iron core leg 11a constituting the iron core 11 and thereupon, a low voltage winding 13 slightly shorter than the iron core leg 11a is wound. Outside of this, a high voltage winding 15 is wound up on the full length of the iron core leg 11a by means of the high voltage winding bobbin 14. Next thereto, outside of this, a semiconductor film layer 16 is wound and at this time, the film layer 16 consists of a shield film pasted with a plastic film 16b such as polyethylene terephthalate film and a semiconductor carbon film 16a and it is used by placing the film 16a side to come to the inner side. In such a way, the iron core leg 11a is shielded with the film layer 16 and as a result, the magnetic field concentration is eliminated, thus resulting in the reduction of the eddycurrent loss and the excellent withstanding voltage characteristics most suitable as the coil for the metering transformers.
