Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid the effect due to the variation in the power supply voltage between the input and output, by adding the start circuit operated only at the transient state immediately after the power supply application and interrupted at the steadystate after that. CONSTITUTION:NPN transistor Q5 is used as the start transistor. The collector of the transistor Q5 is connected to the cathode of the diode D1, the emitter is to the ground terminal 12 via the resistor R9, and the base is connected to the collector of the transistor Q1 respectiely, and the output signal from the start circuit 21 is fed to the base of the transistor Q5. The start circuit 21 consists of the power supply 11 connected with the register R10, the diodes D4,D5 in series connection the anode of which is connected to the resistor R10 and the cathode of which is connected to the ground 12, and the NPN transistor Q6 the base of which is connected to the junction between the resistor R10 and the diode D4, the collector of which is to the base of the transistor Q5 and the collector of which is connected to the power supply 11 respectively.
