Thus, the folded cable is connected to the test diagnosis interfaces 14a...14n while the line interfaces 13a...13n are connected to the line interface terminals to enable to diagnose the connection sets 2a... 2n. If the line interface circuit is in failure, it can be substituted with the test diagnosis interface circuit.
