Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove a forming resin being accumulated in an injection molding machine perfectly by utilizing a small amount of resin by a method wherein a mixture of a styrene resin and a crystalized linear polyestel resin is injected at a predetermined temperature from the injection molding machine. CONSTITUTION:Upon cleaning and removing a forming resin being accumulated in an injection molding machine, a mixture of a styrene resin and a crystalized linear polyestel resin having a melting point higher than a forming temperature of said styrene resin is injected at a temperature higher than the forming temperature of said styrene resin and lower than a melting point of said crystalized linear polyestel resin at a first stage, while at a temperature higher than the melting point of said crystalized linear polyestel resin at a second stage. A mixing ratio of the styrene resin and the crystalized linear polyestel resin is preferably 10-70 parts by weight of the styrene series to 90-30 parts by weight of the crystalized linear polyestel resin.
