Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Movable stand 50 is moved linearly through driving motor 5, ropes 10a and 10b, etc., to move arm 1, which is provided on stand 50, and cartridge 2, which is supported slidably at some angle by axis A of arm 1 parallel to the tangent of the record groove, linearly in one body, thus performing trace dependent upon record needle 2a. Slide angle θ of cartridge 2 is detected by angle detection part 3 to control starting of motor 5.
