Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a unit small-size and easy to assemble by storing all elements of a rotary cylinder driving part in a fixed drum and by wiring a motor winding and a rotation number detection coil on a common substrate. CONSTITUTION:Substrate 23 for motor with wiring is provided under yoke iron plate 7, and rotation number detecting coil 24 is provided thinly into the same form as motor winding 8. The detection frequency is proportional to the product between the number of poles of permanent magnet rotor 9 and the number of rotations of it. Magnetic sense element 31 is fitted to substrate 23 for motor to detect the position of the rotor. Secondary-side rotary transformer 5 is supported through bush 27 on substrate 22 for transformer. The conventional fixed drum and the housing are made into one body to obtain lower cylinder 13. Rotary drum 1, shaft 22, secondary-side rotary transformer 5, permanent magnet rotor 9 and bearing 14B are supported by bushes 26, 27, 28 and 30 respectively. Thus, assembling of the unit is simplified, and the unit becomes small-size and light-weight.
