Abstract

PURPOSE: To cause a tape position and display to agree with each other without fail by resetting a tape position display unit simultaneously with switching the mode automatically at the tape end of a cassette tape recorder.
CONSTITUTION: Fly wheel 2 and capstan 3 are rotated in one body by motor 1, and winding reel stand 5 is connected to rotation detection lever 6 through a felt plate frictionally. One end 12 of lever 6 is turned by rotation of reel stand 5 and deflects lock release lever 19 through rod 13 and switching material 14. Lever 19 is moved by rotation support axis 23, and lock plate 37 is moved by lock plate dirving pin 24. Lock plate 37 is related to operation, reproducing operation, and rewinding operation buttons 28, 29 and 30. Reproducing is performed by button 29; however, when reel stands 4 and 5 are stopped forcedly at the tape end, the deflection force of levers 6 and 14 disappears, and linkage part 17 stops on the rotation path of pin 22, and lever 19 is pressed to the left, and pin 24 presses plate 37 to the left, thus stopping the recorder.
