Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the exhaustion of undesired water to waste water pit by the system in which exhaust gas valve is closed and the air pressure in runner chamber immediately after detecting an anomalous rise of the water level of the runner chamber by a water level detector provided.
CONSTITUTION: When the exhaust gas valve 8 is opened and air in the runner chamber 1 is exhausted to the waste water pit 9, the second timer circuit sends forth a signal for closing the exhaust gas valve 8 when the water level detector 12 detects an anomalous rise of the water level in the runner chamber 1. Thus, the closing of the exhaust gas valve 8 is made possible in a shorter time than does the conventional timer and therefore the inflow of water from the runner chamber 1 to the waste water pit 9 can be prevented.
