Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate one-way clutch assembling work by assembling the inner race assembly of a one-way clutch in a hollow and cylindrical housing provided with a cut part for inserting the parts for the inner race.
CONSTITUTION: The assembling jig has a cylindrical hollow member 3 having a cut part 12. In assembling a one-way clutch, an inner race 13 is placed in the cylindrical hollow member 3 and a spring 16, a cap 17 and a roller 14 are fitted in a pocket 15 from the cut part 12, then the inner race 13 is turned in the direction of the arrow (A) by a handle 6 and a shaft 4. When the inner race assembly is completed, the inner race assembly is pushed rightwards by the shaft 4 against a spring 8 and inserted into the outer race 11.
