Abstract
PURPOSE:To carry out quickly and easily the rearrangement of the rolls, by installing the roll neck socket for receiving the lower roll in the overhang type carrier truck. CONSTITUTION:When upper and lower work rolls 8, 9, are to be pulled away, the cylinder 17 is operated so as to locate the overhang type carrier truck 16 on the operating side of the housing.
