Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a spraying agent having a complete antistatic effect and permitting free movements of hand or fingers in handling semiconductor devices by using skin-adapted spraying agent either consisting of or including couductive material.
CONSTITUTION: The object spraying agent consists of, for example, cosmetic lotion which is either made conductive or added with conductive material such as conductive carbon particulates or organic semiconductor material so that it can be sprayed on skin. Also a spraying agent consisting of only freon gas and several percent aqueous NaCl solution can be used.
