Abstract
PURPOSE: To stabilize incineration and improve incineration efficiency, even by increasing the amount of odorous gas for processing, by supplying odorous gas, separately from fresh air, to a furnace.
CONSTITUTION: Odorous gas is drawn into secondary air inlet 9 of incinerator 17 via damper 6. Only fresh air is drawn into primary air intake 8 via damper 5. As a result, no condition of unstable combustion due to a partial pressure drop of oxygen does not occur. Further, since the oxygen concentration in odorous gas is about 20%, it can be supplied as secondary air, and thereby combustion can be facilitated. Moreover, the amount of odorous gas can be increase for processing if necessary.
