Abstract

PURPOSE:To recover carrier liquid vapors efficiently and safely by liquefiying the carrier liquid vapors in water and separating the same to carrier liquid and purified air thereby recovering the liquid. CONSTITUTION:Carrier liquid vapors are first led to a diffusing duct 4, from the through-holes whereof they are released into water by becoming numerous bubbles. When the carrier liquid vapors are made to numerous extremely fine bubbles and released into water in this way, the bubbles are rapidly and efficiently cooled by the contact with water 3 and are thereby liquefied. This cooling water 3 is sent through pipe 7b to a cooler 6, where it is cooled, thence it is recirculated into a recovery vessel 2. The air having been get rid of the carrier vapors is sent to the outside of the machine through pipe 8. On the other hand, the water 3 containing the liquefied carrier vapors passes the underside of a separating plate 5 and moves to the carrier liquid separating region 11 on the right side, where it is separated by its specific gravity differences and is thereby captured. Thereby, the carrier liquid may be efficiently ans safely separated.
