Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the mechanical strength of the laminate plate without damaging its electrical characteristics, workability in bending and surface smoothness by a method wherein prepreg obtained from the cellulose base impregnated with the thermosetting resin is used.
CONSTITUTION: Laminate formation is obtained by combining a prepreg made by impregnating thermosetting resin into a cellulose base material and a thermoplasticity resin fiber netting. Surface of the laminate plate obtained from the thermoplasticity resin fiber netting being softened at a temperature in the vicinity of forming temperature of the laminate plate is made smooth, leading to the easy workability for bending, and resulting in the enhancement of the mechanical strength due to the reinforcement made by the thermoplasticity resin fiber netting.
