Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a light and strong disposable form excellent in assemblability and workability by a method wherein two side plates made of cement base composite material mixed therein with reinforcement are arranged upright in parallel, and many clamping means are fitted between the side plates.
CONSTITUTION: Each deformed Z-shaped side plates 1 made of cement base composite material mixed (or embedded) therein with reinforcement is provided with many holes for fitting clamping means 2. Two side plates 1 are set upright in parallel and with a predetermined spacing, clamping means 2 such as metal or plastic bolts are fitted between the side plates 1, passed through the holes, and tightened with washers 3 and nuts 4 to complete an objective disposable form. The side plate 1 consists of cement matrix containing or not containing aggregate such as sand and reinforced with reinforcement. A fiber-reinforced concrete plate or the like in which reinforcement is fibers (e.g. asbestos, glass, steel, nylon), steel wires, pulp, excelsior, or the like is used as the side plate 1.
