CONSTITUTION: A)20W300 parts by wt. of a copolymer resin having a softening temperature not higher than 150°C, Gardner color scale not more than 7, a number average molecular weight of 300W1500, and a phenolic hydroxyl group content of 0.2W4 mil mole equivalent, obtained by copolymerizing 100 parts by wt. of an aromatic vinyl monomer with 3W40 parts by wt. of a phenol or a naphthol, is blended with B) 100 parts by wt. of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having a melt index of 1W300 g/10 minutes and 20W70 wt.% of vinyl acetate component unit.
