Abstract

PURPOSE:To generate a fixed pulse accurately by a method wherein crest value of pulse currents is discriminated when discharge pulse currents of a working void increases by a working pulse. CONSTITUTION:A pulse with pulse width tauon and spacing tauoff in a working unit set is put out from an oscillator 6 and an intermediate control pulse taupon and spacing taupoff are put out from an oscillator 7, and applied to an AND gate 8. Meanwhile, crest value of discharge currents is detected and discriminated by means of a detecting circuit 9, such as, a Schmidt circuit, etc. in a discharge circuit, inverted, coupled with output of the oscillators and applied to a switching transistor 5 in superhigh speed of a FET and a MOS. A switch 5 is in ON by an output pulse of the oscillator 6, electricity is discharged to a working void, and the switch 5 is in OFF and is controlled when the crest value reaches fixed value. Thus, discharge currents discharge according to a curve of extinction corresponding to floating capacitance and floating inductance, and a fixed pulse can accurately be generated.
