Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve machining precision as well as to maintain favorable contacting engagement in such a way that when step work of machining the strap plate with use of a shaping machine, engaging contiguous spots of guide pins which come to contact and engage with guide holes are made different mutually by a multitude of pins.
CONSTITUTION: Die cut base plate is formed in such a way that with a thin strap rolled plate 1 made of lead or lead alloy intermittently worked in progress, base plate outer frame (a), latticed opening b, b' are shaped step work under die cut. Guide holes 2 are provided on the side of the rolled plate 1, and fixing pins 4 are multitudinously provided on the side of the shaping machine. When contacting and engaging these guide holes 2 with fixed pins 4, the both lateral sides 5a in larger width direction are formed on the fixed pins 4 so that only one part of the circum ferential rims of the guide holes 2 may be touched, and each fixed pin 4 is formed so that the cotiguous surfaces of these guide holes and fixed pins 4 are made different with one another.
