Such cleaning mechansim will suffice with one unit and also can be provided in several units when necessary. Owing to installation of the cleaning mechanism, the stains stuck onto the tape magnetic surface can be cleared away to eliminate the factor for the blocking of the head. And at the same time, the cleaning mechansim pushes lightly the wound tape from the lateral direction in case some gap is caused inside the tape winding. As a result, the tape of the most inner circumference can touch the rotary reel, and thus the rotational center of the wound tape is decided to avoid the swing of the tape.
