Abstract

When the decerating command is emitted to an elevator, then, the switching is performed from the power running to the braking. Such a switching as this is performed, for example, in comparison of voltage between the reference speed voltage and the voltage of the speed generator mounted on the motor. Next thereto, when the elevator needs to once more move into the power running at the end of the braking period, then, the GTO8 is interrupted and thereafter, the thyristors 4∼6 are placed in the conductive state.
