Abstract

PURPOSE: To give the control to the action of the heat source via the voltage comparator circuit which features the hysteresis properties based on the voltage corresponding to the temperature to be controlled along with the temperature signal converted into the voltage signal.
CONSTITUTION: The detection temperature information is converted into voltage VS through thermistor RS and resistance RO, and detection voltage VS is applied to the Schmitt trigger circuit consisting of transistors Q1 and Q2. For this circiut, transistor Q1 is turned on by input voltage V1 corresponding to the temperature to be controlled and then turned off by voltage V2. Output voltage VO of the Schmitt trigger circuit is applied to transistor Q3 via voltage shift diodes D1WD3 to give the control to load driving relay RL. In such constitution, no burning is caused to the motor although the compressor or the like is used to the heat source, thus realizing the high-accuracy temperature control.
