Abstract
PURPOSE:To cut the panel having three-dimensional curved parts accurately and efficiently by changing over a laser-cutting torch to the set positin of upper and lower tracing sensor and re-driving the same based on memory. CONSTITUTION:A drawing is fixed on a drawing set table 2 and a curved panel 22 is fixed on a cutting table 1. The drawing information is read with a photoelectric type automatic tracing device 12 and an X-axis drive motor 6 and Y-axis drive motor 10 are driven to move the panel 22 and the drawing to the X-, Y-axis. A Z- axis drive motor 21 is so driven that the spacing in the Z-axis direction of a height sensor 16 and curved panel 22 becomes constant and this information is stored in a data memory operating device. Next, a changing-over motor 19 is driven to move a moving table 18, thereby changing a cutting torch 14 to the position of the height sensor 16. The information having been stored is outputted to redrive the X-, Y, Z- axis drive motors 6, 10, 20 and a laser oscillator 11 is driven to cut the curved panel 22 by the laser generated from the cutting torch 16.
