Abstract

PURPOSE:To accomplish a simple and efficient gluing of a breathable and decorative laminated sheet by simultaneously performing the molding of a core material and the gluing of a breathable and decorative sheet in the same mold. CONSTITUTION:A breathing and flexible decorative laminated sheet 5 having a heat fusing sheet laminated on the back thereof is set with the surface thereof facing the surface 1a of the mold corresponding to the outer surface of the product and the corners thereof are fixed with a guide pin 4. Molds 1 and 2 are clamped matching each other and a foaming resin melted by heating is injected into the mold through an injection hole 3 from a resin injection head. As kept airtight by a sheet 6, the sheet 5 is flexibly deformed by the injection pressure and the foaming pressure within the mold so as to expand toward the surface 1a of the mold. Proper setting of the injection pressure and the expansion ratio allows the sheet 5 to adhere to the shape of the mold surface 1a in the manner of closely following it. As a result, a core material 7 can be molded into a cavity shape.
