Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce moldings of varied color and quality and facilitate the linking of a number of processing machines by allowing the core mold to move outside the mold clamping device without vertical movement of a circular disc mounted to the core mold. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of vertical mold clamping devices are arranged on a circle. On a fixed block 3 of each mold clamping devices 2, provided is a circular disc 9 able to rotate intermittently the center of the circle and having a plurality of mold mounting surfaces on the top thereof. An injection device 11 is provided on the top or on the side of each device. Mobile blocks 6 of the devices 2 are each fastened on the upper ends of several tie bars 5 slidably piercing the fixed block 3 and lower mobile blocks 7 are fixed at the lower end of the tie bars. A hydraulic cylinder 8 is arranged between the block 3 and the block 7. Synchronizing the mold clamping of the device 2, the mold opening motion and the intermittent motion of the disc 9, the synthetic resin injected from each device 11 is molded between the core mold B mounted to the block 6 and each core mold mounted on the disc 9.
