Abstract

PURPOSE: To achieve automatic take-out and treatment of formed products by employing such a manpower-saving system as to separated formed products from a forming machine into acceptable products and unnecessary (or scrap) portions so that the acceptable products are tidily controlled while the unnecessary portions are shredded and sent over to the forming machine's material supply section.
CONSTITUTION: A formed product 5 from a metallic mold 4 of a forming section 3 of an ejecting type forming machine 1 is cut and separated into an acceptable product section and an unnecessary section by an automatic take-out device 6, and the acceptable product section is tidily controlled by a boxing device 32. The unnecessary section is shredded by a shredding device 26 and sent over to a material supply section 2 of the forming machine 1.
