Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a device which is designed capable of a foam type decorative material, etc., having equally thick films on both projections and indentations in such a manner that a synthetic resin sheet is processed by an embossing roll, only projections of thus prepared sheet are given adhesive and base material is attached onto this adhesive applied section.
CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin sheet is processed to provide projections and indentations by an embossing roll 1 and a female paper roll 3, and adhesive is applied to thus prepared projections with a transfer roll 4. And then, a base material, such as a sheet of paper, etc., is attached onto the adhesive applied section to obtain an embossed and laminated product. As embossing is processed only on the synthetic resin sheet by maintaining clearance on this laminated sheet, the base material, such as a paper, etc., can be prevented from being deteriorated.
