Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of an injection molding machine by changing the volume in a cylinder in relation to the movement of a die and making it form a differential circuit, so that a pump having small volume can constrict the mold while accelerating a molding cycle. CONSTITUTION:At the time when the die is moving forward, if the electromagnetic switch valve M1-M3 becomes non-exciting, the working oil from an oil pressure source 11 will operate on cylinder chamber 9 for quick feeding and an oil chamber 3. The working oil in the oil chamber 4 operates on the oil chamber 3 partially after passing through the valve M3, and the rest on the cylinder chamber 9 through the valve M2. As a result, a movable die plate 6 moves forward while the excited valve M3 lets the working oil operate on the oil chamber 3 only. As for the opening of the mold after the end of shaping, the working oil in the oil chamber 3 operates on the oil chamber 4 as the valves M1 and M2 are excited while the valve M3 is not excited, and the movable die plate moves backward.
